·         Reading – Review “Abraham Lincoln” story; contractions, and author’s purpose;  study vocab. – TEST tomorrow;  practice decodable reader

·         Math – ws 6-6 (both sides);  finish workmat (back)

·         Grammar – Proper Nouns  w.s.

Tuesday

·         Math – Review “Reteaching” and adding tens/ones strategies for mental math;  TEST tomorrow

·         Spelling – ABC order w.s. --TEST tomorrow (contractions)

·         Grammar – Review Proper Nouns;  Quiz tomorrow

Wednesday

·         Begin Reading a fiction book (child’s own level)  For example:  at little as 30 pages to a full chapter book

·         MUST be a fiction book with characters, setting, etc.;  Non-fiction books will not work for this report

·         Complete the Christmas Present book report over the next 2 ½ weeks

·         Work Neatly;  Take your time

·         Have a grown-up help with the wrapping of the box

·         Due:  Monday, December 15^th
